Charlie Wright Established Front Row Fencing in 2006. He had previous experience of fencing in New Zealand and Australia and this was one of the reasons for going down the fencing route.

Now Charlie enjoys getting out on the tools as much as possible, but still has to spend time in the office when necessary, although getting him to answer the phone is not always easy. Charlie has taken part in the national fencing competitions as well as travelling to Germany for the Patura international fence building championship and believes this has improved his techniques and quality of work, which is important at Front Row. 

He now sits on the agricultural committee for the Association of Fencing Industries.

In his spare time he enjoys getting out in the countryside and has also been known to play the odd game of rugby, however with a maturing body this is now less common and instead can be found coaching his son in the junior section of his local club, Market Rasen and Louth. You can guess from the name of the company which position Charlie played. He is also extremely good at being told what to do by his wife.

Louise Wright Joined Front Row Fencing in 2012.  Her previous work experience included 12 years for FWAG as a farm conservation adviser.

Louise now spends her time as book keeper, helping with the quotes and spending a small amount of time on site learning about the job.

Louise’s experience is now put to good use with Front Row Fencing as an advisor on environmental issues on the jobs.

In her spare time, when not looking after twins Louise enjoys a glass followed by another glass of wine, followed by, you guessed it!

Louise also enjoys the countryside and the beach, and can often be found at the coast dipping her toes in the water. 

Wayne is the newest member to the Front Row Team, starting in 2014.

Wayne came to us with a strong background in agriculture and fencing with a passion for both. Originally from Bromyard in Herefordshire, Wayne seems to have put roots down in Lincolnshire. With previously working on farms he has extensive agricultural knowledge which comes in handy in while erecting agricultural fencing.  Wayne also enjoys country pursuits and visiting country shows in his spare time.  Married to Lorraine, they are very keen on their pets and animals in general. Wayne is fantastic at his job and does brilliant work although don’t get in his way while trying. He will certainly advise you of the best options

Mark, sometimes known as the chatty one, has been with us since 2016.

Mark loves spending time with his daughter and is also interested in country pursuits, but unlike the rest of the team, mark enjoys punishing himself with long hard assault courses, and often doing paddle boarding triathalons.

Mark is a solid team player and a credit to Front Row.
